1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & Registration

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on pak777 at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different names, addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses without appeal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal across all supported methods: Rs 500

pak777 does not impose fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance. The amount you request for withdrawal is the amount processed to your payment method, subject to payment provider processing times. pak777 is not responsible for fees levied by payment providers on their end.

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within 2 to 4 hours subject to bank operating hours. First-time withdrawals from an account require completion of KYC verification prior to processing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any pak777 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pak777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player
• Confirmed or suspected use of prohibited software or collusion
• Player self-exclusion requests (voluntary or mandatory)
• Direction by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account (real money and bonus) may be forfeited. Where suspension is precautionary and the player is subsequently cleared, balances will be restored. pak777's determination in such matters, following internal review, shall be final.

12. Responsible Gaming
